Welcome to<\/span> Shivtirth-Water Park<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following rules and regulations:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Supervision:<\/strong> Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times within the park premises.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Attire:<\/strong> Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. Street clothes, including jeans and pants with buttons, are not permitted on water slides or attractions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Health & Safety:<\/strong> Guests with contagious diseases, open sores, or bandages are not permitted in the pools or attractions. If you have any health concerns, please consult with park staff before entering.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Height Restrictions:<\/strong> Some attractions have height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check posted signs or inquire with staff for specific requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Diving:<\/strong> Diving is only permitted in designated areas. Please do not dive into shallow water or off of slides.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Food & Beverage:<\/strong> Outside food and beverage are not allowed in the park. However, we have a variety of dining options available for your convenience.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Alcohol & Drugs:<\/strong> The consumption of alcohol or drugs that impair judgment is strictly prohibited within the park premises.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Queue Etiquette:<\/strong> Please respect others in line and refrain from cutting or saving spots. Line jumping may result in removal from the park without refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Personal Belongings:<\/strong> Lockers are available for rent to secure your personal belongings. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Photography & Video:<\/strong> Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Commercial or professional equipment is not allowed without prior authorization from park management.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Inclement Weather:<\/strong> In the event of lightning or severe weather, some attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Please follow instructions from park staff during such situations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. First Aid:<\/strong> If you require first aid assistance, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
