Shivtirth – Water Park and Picnic Spot

Welcome to Shivtirth-Water Park

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times within the park premises.
2. Attire: Proper swim attire must be worn at all times. Street clothes, including jeans and pants with buttons, are not permitted on water slides or attractions.
3. Health & Safety: Guests with contagious diseases, open sores, or bandages are not permitted in the pools or attractions. If you have any health concerns, please consult with park staff before entering.
4. Height Restrictions: Some attractions have height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check posted signs or inquire with staff for specific requirements.
5. Diving: Diving is only permitted in designated areas. Please do not dive into shallow water or off of slides.
6. Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverage are not allowed in the park. However, we have a variety of dining options available for your convenience.
7. Alcohol & Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs that impair judgment is strictly prohibited within the park premises.
8. Queue Etiquette: Please respect others in line and refrain from cutting or saving spots. Line jumping may result in removal from the park without refund.
9. Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for rent to secure your personal belongings. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. Photography & Video: Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Commercial or professional equipment is not allowed without prior authorization from park management.
11. Inclement Weather: In the event of lightning or severe weather, some attractions may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Please follow instructions from park staff during such situations.
12. First Aid: If you require first aid assistance, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.
